Technical parameters, recommended and required conditions of software and hardware environment

The system is a so-called Thin Client application, using a browser programme as run environment. Thanks to its technical parameters, it is characterised by low level hardware requirements, even in the case of large size systems. There is no need for client side installation (provided that the client machine possesses the parameters determined in the software requirements). It can operate at optimum performance even in a mixed network client-environment. Since data and information are stored on the server, the establishment of an appropriate authorisation policy can provide a very high level of data security. The development of the system is carried out using technology based on open standards: standard SQL database manager systems serve as the bases for the system. This ensures a high level of security in regard to further development as well as compatibility issues, and facilitates the conversion of data at a later stage, for whatever purpose.
