As an enterprise develops and grows, it needs increasing background support in order for it to be able to operate more efficiently. Initially, an invoicing software is sufficient, later, a trip registry- then a bookkeeping software needs to be installed to support daily work.

Some years ago, it was common for enterprises to use several cash invoice pads in a year, or sometimes, in a month, and several bookkeepers processed invoices for bookkeeping on paper.

Today, almost all companies manage the settling of their liabilities through Internet bank transfers. The return to previous methods of money transactions or paper based bookkeeping and handwritten trip registry is considered absolutely impossible.
